Shipping policy
Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
Estimated delivery times:
- Standard Shipping (U.S.): 2-5 business days
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays.
Shipping Carriers
We primarily ship using trusted carriers such as USPS ( Ground Advantage and Priority Mail).
All orders include tracking information once shipped.
Shipping Location
We currently ship within the United States only.
We do not offer international shipping at this time.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.
Shipping Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.
We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.
If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply to resend the package.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Once an order has been shipped and accepted by the carrier, responsibility transfers to the shipping provider.
Hobby Vault Toys & Collectibles is not responsible for:
- Lost or stolen packages marked as delivered
- Carrier delays
However, we will assist customers in filing claims with the shipping carrier when applicable.
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at
vaultedcollectibles@hobbyvaultcollectibles.com with photos of the item and packaging.
We will review the issue and provide a replacement or refund if applicable.
Shipping for Collectibles (Important Notice)
We take extra care in packaging collectible items, including trading cards and graded cards.
- Cards are securely protected (e.g., sleeves, top loaders, and padding)
- Orders are packaged to minimize damage during transit
- Minor condition variations from manufacturers are not considered damage
