Returns & Refunds Policy

All sales are final. Due to the nature of collectible items, including trading cards and sealed products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as buyer’s remorse or preference.


Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item.

To report an issue, email vaultedcollectibles@hobbyvaultcollectibles.com within 3 days of delivery and include clear photos of the item and packaging.

If your claim is approved, we will provide a replacement or issue a refund.


Eligibility for Resolution

To qualify for a replacement or refund:

  • The item must be in the same condition as received
  • The issue must be reported within 3 days of delivery
  • Photo evidence must be provided

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or refunds for:

  • Opened or unsealed products
  • Trading cards with minor condition variations (centering, edges, print differences, etc.)
  • Buyer’s remorse or incorrect purchases
  • Sale items or gift cards

Condition Disclaimer

All raw (ungraded) trading cards may contain minor imperfections typical of factory production, including centering, edges, and surface variations.

We do not guarantee grading outcomes for any raw trading cards.


Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges. If an issue is approved, a replacement will be sent if available, or a refund will be issued.


Refunds

Once we’ve received and inspected your claim, we will notify you of the outcome. If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
